Order API

The Order status data will be synced between ( VXCEED Appointed Seller/ 3PL and Magento ) via Mulesoft.

On successful acknowledgement custom data points will be Webengage systems

The integration APIs allows to connect the real time sales order status in Magento and post same updates in Webengage

Enabling Technology Initiative

The integration APIs enables order status updation at Magento end.

The pattern for such data points, which need to be delivered to other platforms is as below

1. MuleSoft will expose Mule API for VXCEED Appointed Seller / 3PL to push the data points,
2. Same data with transformation will be written to Magento via RESTful API
3. Upon successful acknowledgment Custom data points will be sent to Webengage via REST API
